HISTORIC REHABILITATION
Special care and expertise must be applied to the rehabilitation of historic structures when encountering antiquated and potentially hazardous building materials and bringing the structure up to current building standards without compromising its integrity. LaRosa has successfully completed projects where either the building was listed on State and/or National Historic Registers, or the project was within a historic district.

MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING
LaRosa Building Group has extensive experience with new construction, renovation, and conversion of multi-family residential housing projects.
We have completed residential projects throughout the state of Connecticut for the last 40 years that have been funded by a variety of sources including City, HUD, CHFA, DECD, private sources, or any combination of the five. LaRosa Building Group also has a considerable amount of experience in working with developers who specialize in targeted housing projects with public funding.
