This project was the renovation of a 15,300 SF dining facility on the first floor of a 3-story building at Trinity College.

The existing kitchen, mechanical, and electrical systems were demolished and new structural steel, roofing, fire alarm and sprinkler systems were installed. The design and construction also includes a new layout for serving lines and seating area, new furniture, kitchen and food service equipment and high end finishes (including granite counter tops, plasma television sets and lighting fixtures. The project was completed on an aggressive schedule in 71 days including weekends and holidays.

LaRosa Building Group was honored with a CT-ABC Excellence in Construction Award from the Associated Builders & Contractors of Connecticut for this project.
