Cooperative Educational Services Regional Center for the Arts was a new 49,000 SF magnet school facility. Areas of work included in this project were the construction of dance studios, video and multi-media production rooms, band rooms, and make-up rooms, a student lounge, locker room facilities, teacher offices and storage areas, stairways, custodial elevator, and corridors.

Specialty Construction included a black box theater, auditorium, catwalk system, phone/PA closet, alternative electrical service (site generator), and state-of-the art audio/video equipment.

LaRosa Building Group was honored with an ABC Excellence in Construction Award for this project.
