This project was the renovation of the existing dining facility to update the design and functionality of the serving space. The work included the complete removal of existing equipment, flooring, ceilings, walls, and electrical and mechanical systems. Working nearly 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, the space was reconstructed during the university’s summer break.
