HISTORIC REHABILITATION
Special care and expertise must be applied to the rehabilitation of historic structures when encountering antiquated and potentially hazardous building materials and bringing the structure up to current building standards without compromising its integrity. LaRosa has successfully completed projects where either the building was listed on State and/or National Historic Registers, or the project was within a historic district.

This 10,500 SF office building is located on Research Parkway in Meriden, and features a 5,000 SF warehouse with two (2) garage bays with overhead doors. This building meets all building codes and is handicapped accessible.
The 5,000 SF multi-functional office space includes private offices, cubical work stations, conference rooms, storage closets, four bathrooms, a communication center, media center, mezzanine and a great room.
