HISTORIC REHABILITATION
Special care and expertise must be applied to the rehabilitation of historic structures when encountering antiquated and potentially hazardous building materials and bringing the structure up to current building standards without compromising its integrity. LaRosa has successfully completed projects where either the building was listed on State and/or National Historic Registers, or the project was within a historic district.

Private World HQ - CEO Suite
Meriden, CT
This project was the first phase renovation of a three-story, 33,000 SF International Headquarters facility. Pre-construction and Construction- Phase services were provided on this project.
The 3rd floor renovation included 9,000 SF of cosmetic and mechanical upgrades, a high-end 600 SF conference room, and a 1,500 SF CEO Office Suite. This project has a touch screen automation system for shades, audio visual, lighting and temperature control.
