This 38,000 SF new construction features a six-lane competition pool (shared with the high school), therapy pool, gymnasium, and locker rooms with family changing rooms.

The facility also offers a meeting room, fitness and exercise/dance rooms, arts/crafts room, and childcare and teen centers. The green between the new building and the town hall, designed for outdoor functions, can be flooded in winter for skating.
