HISTORIC REHABILITATION
Special care and expertise must be applied to the rehabilitation of historic structures when encountering antiquated and potentially hazardous building materials and bringing the structure up to current building standards without compromising its integrity. LaRosa has successfully completed projects where either the building was listed on State and/or National Historic Registers, or the project was within a historic district.

Welles’ Country Village ALCP
Vernon, CT
This 5,000 SF project consisted of renovations to a great room, main lobby and connecting hallway and resident sitting area at an occupied assisted living facility. The project also included Assisted Living upgrades to five units. These Assisted living upgrades included ADA improvements to the rear entrance (ramp), lockable medicine distribution safes, and fire alarm / intercom installations at the units.
