HISTORIC REHABILITATION
Special care and expertise must be applied to the rehabilitation of historic structures when encountering antiquated and potentially hazardous building materials and bringing the structure up to current building standards without compromising its integrity. LaRosa has successfully completed projects where either the building was listed on State and/or National Historic Registers, or the project was within a historic district.

Base Entry Complex – Bradley Air National Guard Base
East Granby, CT
LaRosa Building Group, LLC was the design-bid-build contractor for the work completed at the Base Entry Complex, Bradley Air National Guard Base in East Granby, CT. The Work includes extensive site work, paving and utilities demolition, new utilities, grading, paving. General building work consists of selective demotion, construction of foundations, slab on grade floor, steel construction, load bearing masonry, masonry veneer exterior, metal roof/walls and steel stud gypsum board interior partitions, finishes, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical and communications work.
