This project was a new construction of a 60-unit supportive housing facility with a total of 61,119 SF. The construction is comprised of three wings, with the main entrance and common spaces in one area and residential units in the other two wings. Office, support, and community spaces are all located on the first floor near the entrance. Nine of the units are ADA accessible and 51 of them are ADA adaptable. The building is composed of panelized, wood-framed construction and is a LEED® Silver Certified project. LaRosa Building Group, LLC was awarded a CT-ABC Excellence in Construction Award from the Associated Builders & Contractors of Connecticut for this project.
